Manufacturer warranty

All products sold on Quantum961 are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty (for example, Synology, J5create, and other brands we carry). Warranty length and terms vary by brand and product — the applicable warranty period is shown on each product's page where available.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur under normal use, as defined by each manufacturer's own warranty terms. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

How to make a warranty claim

Contact us at info@quantum.cc or +961 1 818 723 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. As the reseller, we will guide you through the manufacturer's warranty process, and assist directly wherever we can.

Proof of purchase

Keep your order confirmation or invoice — it is required to validate any warranty claim.
